  2. Dave was my second cousin. I knew him from childhood, and although we were never in close touch since then I always considered him a family hero. He will be sorely missed. Thank so much to whoever posted this tribute…we truly appreciate that you chose to honor Dave in this way.

  4. Dan and company, sorry for your loss and Dave sounded like a good man. For the record, I do not know who compiled the youtube memorial video, but I did think it was very cool and I wanted to promote it here on FJ. Bravo to the producer of the youtube video, and thanks to Steve Collins at Blackice for distributing it. Rest in peace. -Matt
