For the record, I do not know who compiled the youtube memorial video, but I did think it was very cool and I wanted to promote it here on FJ.  Bravo to the producer of the youtube video, and thanks to Steve Collins at Blackice for distributing it.  Rest in peace. -Matt</description>

		<description>Dave was my second cousin. I knew him from childhood, and although we were never in close touch since then I always considered him a family hero. He will be sorely missed.
