These businessmen should pool their money together, and hire you for some consultation on what to do. I guess this just shows the kind of desperation this town is experiencing, and I feel for them. The thing I am wondering, is that eventually vigilantes will pop up, much like the Los Pepes in Colombia. If the government cannot fix the problem, the people will eventually take the law into their own hands.
