Team Leader I Asset Protection
Job Description:
Incumbent will have primary responsibility for providing flawless, professional and secure transportation and executive protection services to senior company executives. The incumbent will be responsible for the safety and security of senior company executives during transit. Duties will include managing all aspects of daily transportation of a senior company executive and will operate with little direct supervision. The individual will interface with various internal departments as well as external businesses, and local and state law enforcement agencies. Incumbent may be required to provide in flight security on company aircraft as needed and based on established TSA guidelines and policies. Incumbent will conduct threat assessments and design programs aimed at mitigating risks to company executives. In addition to the executive protection and transportation duties incumbent will also assume the responsibilities as the Assistant Facilities Security Officer (A/FSO) working closely with other security personnel ensuring compliance with US Government regulations and requirements. In the A/FSO role, the incumbent will furthermore, obtain appropriate clearance levels and expertise to allow for the management of the Communication Security account and the Secured Classified Information Facility (SCIF).
Required Skills:
Able to work with limited supervision. Must have a valid MA driver’s license and excellent vehicle operations skills. Must have intimate knowledge of the Boston Metro Area. Must be able to professionally work and interact with local law enforcement and company personnel at the highest levels. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to immediately receive and maintain a DoD Interim Secret security clearance and ultimately a DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance. Must have a minimum of four years qualified law enforcement experience. Must be able to maintain a valid firearms license.
