I'm still waiting on a refund for merchandice paid for 9 months ago and never delived from James (the Rockstar expat)

Sorry to hear that. Perhaps if you can't get a hold of James though emails, you can catch him on Facebook? Hopefully you are able to get that resolved and get your money back.
