Job Description:

·Performs duties of the Operations Officer

Security Guard Force – Medical Officer

Job Description:

·Reports to the Deputy Site Manager or Site Manager

·Responsible for all routine and preventative medical care of guard force

·Determines status of, and conditions influencing health of military and appropriate civilian personnel

·Maintains health records for Guard Force Personnel

·Formulates and recommends measures for health improvements

·Will participate in medi-vac requirements as needed.

·Prepares all records and reports pertaining to the EMS function.

·Provides standby support for aircraft landing/take offs and related activities as required.

·Performs rescue of incapacitated personnel as required.

·Performs related work as required or directed.

·Participates in compiling and verifying and correlating data related to emergency response issues.

·Monitors health status of Guard Force Personnel

·Must be able to remain calm during emergency situations. Must be able to communicate with persons reporting emergency incidents, give instructions in life saving skills: CPR, First-Aid, etc. using established guidelines and materials.

Job Requirements:

Security Program – Medical Director

Job Desciption:

Job Description:

Security Guard Force – Administrative Officer

Job Description:

·Reports to the Deputy Site Manager or Site Manager

·Performs all contractor administrative functions

·Interface with the U.S. Military point of contact  regarding administrative issues

·Reports to the Deputy Site Manager or Site Manager

·Provide administrative assistance to the program management office in multiple capacities to include but no limited too, document preparation, data base management, coordination and scheduling for Program Manager (PM) and Deputy Program Manager (DPM), organization of records and Files. 

·Prepare and implement office SOP’s, track employee status, prepare slides and presentations for daily and weekly meetings.  

· Tasks will be performed in OCONUS locations as directed by TigerSwan Services Manager.

·Under limited supervision, provides general administrative/secretarial support to a department or group of professionals.

·Requires regular use of business vocabulary and a detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures and personnel.

Security Program Manager

Overview of Position: 

The Security Program Manager (PM) directs and manages all TigerSwan resources utilized in the efficient execution of a security contract in Iraq. The security program provides for the safety of facilities, personnel, and resources supporting site security operations for the U.S. Army in Iraq.  The PM ensures positive customer relations, a thorough understanding of client operational intent, and a consistent two-way flow of information with the client. The PM exercises excellent problem solving skills, employs strong communications and project-management skills, and displays an ability to balance short-term and long term contract deliverables. The PM assists with business development, as required. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication abilities, strong customer relations skills, and be capable of proposing modifications to the existing security contract to meet program requirements, as needed.

The place of duty for this position is in Iraq and international travel and duty in hazardous areas is required.

Arabic Linguist (Gulf Dialect), Iraq

Job Description:

Provide operational contract linguist support to U.S. Army operations in various locations worldwide. Provide general linguistic support for military operations and interpret during interviews, meeting, and conferences. Interpret and translate written and spoken communications. Transcribe and analyze verbal communications.  Perform document exploitation. Scan, research, and analyze foreign language documents for key information. Translate and review foreign language documents. Identify and extract information components meeting military information requirement list criteria. Provide input to reports. Linguists are required to work 12-hour shifts and in excess of 60-hour weeks in order to provide continuous contract linguist support that this 24 x 7 operation requires. Linguists must be available for worldwide deployment as the mission dictates.

Background and Experience:

(a) Minimum required: An excellent command of Arabic (Gulf dialect), as well as strong verbal and written American English skills (grammar, vocabulary, idioms, spelling) because linguist work products are prepared in English. Must hold a current U.S. passport. (or apply as soon as accepted into the program). Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must be willing to travel/work in various locations worldwide, specifically Iraq. Ability to deal unobtrusively with the local populace. Familiarity with and ability to conduct oneself in accordance with the local culture and customs.  Willingness to work shifts and extended hours in support of 24 x 7 Operations. Must be able to live and work in an austere environment.

(b) Desired: A pre-existing SECRET security clearance. (not required, but highly desirable. If candidate does not have clearance, one will be provided after security screening) A thorough knowledge of cultural, economic, geopolitical, and military issues of the Mid East and Arab speaking countries within that region. An ability to operate standard and specialized office automation equipment to process foreign language material.
