The Israeli program has several duties and responsibilities in accordance with providing armed protective services to current U.S. Military assets as those assets assist in stabilizing the region. Force Protection duties include 24 hour protection of personnel, equipment and facilities. Controlling access to classified assets and patrolling perimeters to secure Military compounds.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

– Control access to classified area and information

– Conduct vehicle/personnel search

– Perform as a static guard

– Surveillance

– Patrol Duties

– Radio dispatch and communications

– Escorting persons in controlled areas

This is an unaccompanied tour. Due to the current elevated security threat level in Israel, contract personnel are strongly discouraged from establishing private residency in the country, for non-host country national family members.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum requirements for these positions are:

SECRET level clearance and ability to maintain that clearance for duration of employment

Experience:

Two full years of armed experience within the last five years in:

A) Law enforcement, or

B) Armed security, or

C) Military service

Weapons Qualification:

New hires must qualify on the 9mm and M16 within the first 5 days during the initial training phase.

Age:

Applicant must be between the ages of 20 and 55 at time of hire.

Health:

Applicants must pass a complete medical and mental evaluation. All Force Protection Specialists shall be in good physical and mental health and free of any physical and mental disabilities which could prevent them from performing their duties. They shall possess binocular vision correctable to 20/30, be free of color blindness, and be capable of hearing normal conversation at five meters with either ear without a hearing aid. A physical test for each employee will be administered annually. Applicants suffering from Type II Diabetes or High Blood pressure which is controlled by blood thinning medication, History of Heart disease(s), or former severe head trauma cannot be accommodated at these locations.

Fitness:

New hires must pass the following fitness test within the first 5 days during the initial training phase:

A) Complete 20 military style push ups in two minutes

B) Complete 20 military style sit ups in two minutes

C) Be able to run 1 mile in ten minutes or less

Drug free:

Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen and remain drug free (random drug testing is conducted). This includes the use of steroids.

Criminal Background:

applicants must pass a federal background check with no derogatory information

Valid Drivers License:

License must not be under restraint
