Requirements

Stands guard, walks, and/or patrols premises to prevent theft, violence, or infraction of rules. Logs all visitors, vendors, and deliveries in and out of job site. Gives direction to visitors or employees and answers questions relative to services of establishment. Enforces security rules and regulations. Reports irregular activities. Performs other duties as assigned. Requires a high school diploma with 3-5 years related experience.

Some locations require candidate to have a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Additional requirements:

    * Must be fluent in English

    * Must have a valid passport

    * Must have a valid driver’s license 

It should be understood that employment may be located in potentially dangerous areas, including combat or war zones. This might involve the possibility of suffering harm by dangerous forces or friendly fire. These dangers are inherent to working conditions in a dangerous environment.

DynCorp International, WPPS is currently looking for Personal Security Specialist (PSS) Operators. To be accepted into the DI WPPS program, applicants must meet the minimum requirements below:

1.     Must be a U.S. Citizen

2.     Three (3) years military, law enforcement, or protective security.

3.     One (1) of these years including experience in protective security.

I. Organization description:

NCL Holdings is involved in multiple logistics and security projects throughout Southwest Asia and the CENTCOM AOR. Our management team and staff possess in-depth knowledge that is essential to operating in difficult parts of the world and are currently on the ground performing professional support services globally.

II. Profile and Responsibilities:

NCL is currently looking to fill the Convoy Security Team Leaders for the U.S. Army ARCENT Convoy Security Services contract. He will responsible for performing duties as convoy team leader throughout Afghanistan.

Convoy Team Leaders will work under the direction of the Convoy Escort Team Operations Manager, and report to, the Convoy Escort Operations Center (CEOC).

Responsibilities will include:

    * Perform day-to-day convoy security operations

    * Receive daily threat info and give feedback for best modifications of route or departure time

    * Create, brief, and execute SOP’s for Convoy Team

    * Ensure daily maintenance and inventory of all Convoy Teams operational gear

    * Report to CET Operations Manager any incidents that occur during the convoy operation, Incidents are defined as any SAF, IED, VBIED, or complex attacks

Job Description

Responsible for security within a Task Order with multiple sites. Provides oversight and general assets protection for the company to include vital intellectual property used in e-commerce. Other assets include money, accounts receivable, physical property, proprietary information and claims or rights of action. Provides security oversight and protection of employees as required. Provide oversight, protection and response for violations of company ethics policy, both inside and outside the enterprise, to include dishonesty, fraud and conflict of interest, and other issues related to workplace violence, antisocial behavior (making threats, engaging in sexual harassment, etc.), gambling and sabotage. Provide oversight and advice on the use of both proprietary and contact guard forces. Provides oversight, review, audit, surveys, and recommendations concerning security training, security awareness, residential security, office and project security, airport security, vehicular movement and route selection, counter surveillance and threat assessments in overseas location. Provides support as required to corporate crisis management program. Provides support as required to business continuity operations. Conducts auditing within the security clearance department to ensure compliance with client policies and procedures. Manages investigations and ensures employee security. Supervises Site security personnel and ensures compliance with theater and Program management’s directives. Responsible for developing and implementing force protection strategies and plans on the project level. Conducts security surveys and trains subordinate staff.
