Job Description:

• Manager of Corporate Security for North America, responsible for day-to-day management and team leadership. Ericsson’s Security approach is to protect our people, brand, information and customer’s interest.
• Responsible for in-depth investigations in areas of White Collar Crime, Cyber-Crime, Workplace Violence, Sexual Harassment, Identify Theft, Fraud, Unethical Behavior, Financial Crimes and Stolen Proprietary Information. Manages internal and external investigations that are sometimes multi-jurisdictional and international in scope.
• Tasked with establishing investigative priorities in accordance to company policy and initiatives. Oversee the due diligence process, including investigative review of findings, and development of recommendations to company executives.
• Identifies and assesses potential threats against the company and initiates proactive strategies to protect intellectual properties and physical assets.
• Supports Crisis Management Response Team with Business Continuity planning and Disaster Recovery response efforts.
• Corporate Security liaison with Legal and Human Resources Department(s), briefs company executives on investigative initiatives and progress.
* Supervises the physical security initiatives and conducts audit assessments at Ericsson locations in North America.
• Manages budgets and contracts for outside security contractors and vendors.
• Supervise and deploy the executive protection program for the Ericsson CEO and members of the Executive Management Team. Planning security for trade shows, conferences, and off-site executive meetings.
• Supervises, develops and delivers ongoing traditional security related developmental training and awareness for Ericsson employees.

• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Management of other related discipline
• 10 years Security experience with at least 5 years in Corporate Security at a management level. Law Enforcement and/or Military Security experience considered but not required
• Experience in the management of high profile investigations
• Extensive knowledge in Physical and Personal Security for Corporate facilities
• Extensive knowledge of access control systems and installation of security systems
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and some Powerpoint skills.
• Travel (Domestic and International)
• Standard office environment
• Must be able to work long irregular hours while sitting and standing for long periods of time.

Security Shift Supervisor – Iraq  
Shift Supers: Shift Supervisors: $ 335.00 to $ 360.00 – per day – 1099 contract
Location: IRAQ

Shift Supervisor:

1. MUST BE an Ex Corporal/Senior NCO
2. Minimum of 5 years Military or Police experience
3. These candidates are the most important factor to make sure the SGF are taken care of and are provided with a good quality of life (LNO’s Site Manger/SGF/Military)

Shift Supervisor: Supervises all guard team supervisors. Shift supervisors are responsible for an entire internal security shift: 12 hours of internal security operations. Shift Supervisor may be the same person as the Operations Officer. Shift Supervisors report to the Deputy Site Manager or Site Manager. Shift supervisors shall possess the following qualifications:

a. Minimum 25 years of age.
b. Shall be fluent in English. Shall have the ability to read and write English.
c. Shall be an Expatriate.
d. Possess a Military, Police or Private Security background, and have been honorably discharged, if applicable.
e. Must be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56, 7.62. and crew served weapons as required.
f. Able to perform internal security guard services, at any potential internal security posting, for 12 hours, often in austere conditions to include extreme heat, cold, rain or snow, while donning all required personal protective gear. Shift supervisors shall be limited to a work week of not more than 72 hours per week.
h. Able to pass medical screening to include screening for common illegal drugs and all communicable diseases. Additionally, Managers or Supervisors shall be medically screened to ensure that they possess no health condition that would result in them being unable to perform their assigned duties. Manager or Supervisors who test positive for any illegal drug usage will be barred from internal security services for the duration of this and any future internal security performance requirements.
