Summary of the Classification:
Responsible for day to day operation of the ice cream counter
Principal Responsibilities:
Greeting and serving ice cream customers
Preparation of all menu items
Performs many of the following responsibilities:
• Preparation of cone batter, waffle cones and dishes
• Replenishing paper supplies and syrup toppings
• Ensure proper storage of products
• Maintaining a clean fresh personal appearance at all times
• Sweep the floors, clean countertops, restock glassware and dishes, and restock condiments
• Set-up and breakdown the ice cream kitchen
• Assist cashier when needed
Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent
Experience Required: Typically, a minimum of one (1) year of ice cream attendant experience
Special Knowledge/Skills Required:
• Display good communication skills
• Provide excellent customer service
• Have good organizational skills
