Position: Frontline Operators – Close Protection OfficersTeam Leaders

Responsibilities

Frontline Operators protect individuals, groups & physical assets from risk of violence or any situation which could be harmful.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for leading security teams

• Protecting clients from threats

• Checking out premises before clients arrive

• Planning and research to identify and prevent potential threat or disruption

• Keeping constantly alert to react to threatening situations

• Accompanying clients on business and social visits

• Driving clients to and from venues

Requirements

Recruitment Policy – OG Operators: From the 1st January 2010 Olive Group updated its recruitment criteria to be met by all frontline operators.

All Front Line Operators:

1. Must have undergone a formal CP training course conducted by an SIA recognised training organization, you must hold a current SIA CP licence.

2. Required to produce, annually, proof of No Criminal Convictions in the form of either a national police check or government accredited disclosure body certificate. This has to be dated within 1 calendar month of initial employment.

3. Must be free from contract or have proof of notice to terminate from existing employer.

4. must have had recent military or commercial operational hostile environment experience, ideally within the last 5 years.

5. At the commencement of contract you must be in possession of a medical certificate dated within one month of initial employment, stating you are fit for arduous employment in a hostile environment.
