Job Description:
Responsibilities
* Lead various aspects of Security to include; Plant Protection, Industrial Security, Security Administration, Investigations, Executive Protection, International Security and Special Projects in an efficient and cost effective manner.
* Provide a safe and secure workplace for the employees, contractors, visitors and suppliers.
* Insure protection of government classified information and company proprietary information.
* Insure compliance with all government regulatory requirements relative to Security and Fire Protection. Design and implement emergency response plans.
* Insure that all processes are being continuously improved utilizing total quality management techniques.
* Liaison with local, state and federal law enforcement and government regulations.
* Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability studies.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in management, criminal justice, or law enforcement (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a professional, corporate security position).
* At least 3 additional years of managerial experience in a security, government or industrial field.
Desired
* Well rounded understanding of total quality management techniques.
* Knowledge of Department of Defense Industrial Security requirements.
* Knowledge and at least five years experience in special security procedures such as JAFAN directives.
* Current Top Secret clearance with investigative date within past five years.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
