PSI is seeking qualified U.S. and NATO Expatriates (Cleared and un-cleared) to support static security positions in Iraq.  Candidates must meet the minimum requirement outlined in the job descriptions listed below.

These positions support U.S. DoD Theater Wide Internal Security Services (TWISS II) contact task orders; to provide professional security, administrative, management support services in Iraq and Afghanistan for a term of one (1) year with an anticipated start date of early October 09.

Site Security Manager

Reports to In-Country Program Manager

Essential Functions:

·         Responsible for overall task order performance

·         Authority to carry out management decisions, with regards to in-scope task order performance requirements

 Competencies:

·         Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentially

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Excellent organizational and management skills

·         Punctual

·         Ability to work with minimal supervision

·         Ability to multitask

·         Report Writing Ability

·         Proficient written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work in extreme and unstable environments

 Supervisory Responsibility: YES

 Essential Skills and Experience:

·         Shall be native English speaker

·         Must be an Expatriate

·         Possess an active Coalition Secret Clearance or US Secret Clearance

·         Possess a Military, Police or Private Security background of no less than ten years with an honorable discharge, if applicable

·         Must possess at least three years experience in managing/supervising security guard operations

·         Able to pass medical screening to include screening for common illegal drugs and all communicable diseases.  Additionally, Shift Supervisors shall be medically screened to ensure that they possess no health condition that would result in them being unable to perform their assigned duties.  Shift Supervisors who test positive for any illegal drug usage will be barred from internal security services for the duration of this and any future    internal security performance requirements.  Shift Supervisors who test positive for any communicable diseases are not authorized to perform internal security services as long as they are communicable.

 Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. ·         Acting Site Manager in instances where the Site Manager is unavailable

·         Punctual

·         Ability to work with minimal supervision

·         Ability to multitask

·         Proficient written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work in extreme and unstable environments

 Supervisory Responsibility: YES

·         Shall be native English speaker

·         Must be an Expatriate

·         Ability to work with minimal supervision

·         Ability to multitask

·         Proficient written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work in extreme and unstable conditions

 Supervisory Responsibility: NO

 Essential Skills and Experience:

·         Shall be fluent in English. Must also be able to read and write English

·         Must be an Expatriate

·         Possess an active Coalition Secret Clearance or US Secret Clearance

·         Registered Nurse, Physician’s Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician with at least two years of experience

·         Able to pass medical screening to include screening for common illegal drugs and all communicable diseases.  Additionally, Shift Supervisors shall be medically screened to ensure that they possess no health condition that would result in them being unable to perform their assigned duties.  Shift Supervisors who test positive for any illegal drug usage will be barred from internal security services for the duration of this and any future    internal security performance requirements.  Shift Supervisors who test positive for any communicable diseases are not authorized to perform internal security services as long as they are communicable.

Shift Supervisor

Reports to Deputy/Site Manager

Essential Functions:

·         Supervises all guard team supervisors

·         Responsible for an entire internal security shift; 12 hours of internal security operations

·         Schedule and conduct shift meetings

·         Responsible for shift schedule to include: internal shift assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.

·         Communicate with Supervisors and Deputy/Site Manager

Competencies:

·         Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentially

·         Excellent organizational skills

·         Excellent organizational and management skills

·         Punctual

·         Ability to work with minimal supervision

·         Ability to multitask

·         Proficient written and verbal communication skills

 Supervisory Responsibility: YES

 Essential Skills and Experience:

·         Minimum 25 year of age

·         Shall be fluent in English. Must also be able to read and write English

·         Must be an Expatriate

·         Possess a Military, Police or Private Security background, and have been honorably discharged, if applicable

·         Must be qualified on primary weapon e.g. Calibers 9mm, 5.56, 7.62. Any special weapons qualifications will be defined in Task Orders

·         Able to perform internal security guard services, at any potential internal security posting, for 12 hours, often in austere conditions to include extreme heat, cold, rain or snow, while donning all required personal protective gear.  Shift supervisors shall be limited to a work week of not more than 72 hours per week

·         Able to pass medical screening to include screening for common illegal drugs and all communicable diseases.  Additionally, Shift Supervisors shall be medically screened to ensure that they possess no health condition that would result in them being unable to perform their assigned duties.  Shift Supervisors who test positive for any illegal drug usage will be barred from internal security services for the duration of this and any future    internal security performance requirements.  Shift Supervisors who test positive for any communicable diseases are not authorized to perform internal security services as long as they are communicable.

  1. Word on the circuit is that PSI salaries for Deputy Site Manager is $9,300/ month and the Shift Supervisor is $8,150/month.
