UK/ European Close Protection Specialists Wanted for Afghanistan (Team Leaders and Operators)
Unity are looking for a large number of CP specialists for an upcoming contract in Kabul. Candidates will be:
1. Qualified in a recognised CP course (essential).
2. Have experience in close protection roles (essential) with Afghan experience (highly desirable).
3. Be mature, highly disciplined, well groomed and capable of working with courtesy inside complex client groups (essential).
4. Hold an EU Passport (highly desirable).
5. Ready to work from the middle of January 2010 (essential).
6. Holding a current SIA license (desirable).

Security Work available in Afghanistan
I’m pleased to announce that I’ve been contacted by a dear friend and colleague to help out with the recruitment of 55 Security Related Positions to work for a credible UK-Based Security Company in and around Kabul, Afghanistan.
The contract has been awarded today and mobilization will occur as of 30 Jan 2010.
Pay Rate is expected to vary between $7k-$10k per month, although it’s not yet finalized.

Movement Control – Watch Keeper: 6 x Expats needed. Requirements: 5 Years Experience in Command and Control in volatile areas as well as in radio operations. 3 Years working outside country of origin.
Allocation Managers: 1 x Expat needed. Requirements: Knowledge of other European language desired, Experience of Close Protection desired, 3 Years working outside country of origin.
Close Protection Team Leader: 4 x Expats needed. Requirements: Must have completed formal CP course, VIP or Diplomatic experience desired, Medic training required, Driver training required, Experience managing up to 15 people required, 3 Years working outside country of origin.
Quick Reaction Force Team Leader: 1 x Expat needed. Requirements: Medical Training required, Must have completed formal CP course, Driver Training, Experience managing up to 15 people required, 3 Years working outside country of origin.
Close Protection Operators: 28 x Expats and TCN needed. Requirements: Minimum 25 years old, First Aid qualified, Must have completed formal CP course, Driver training required, 3 Years working outside country of origin.
Quick Reaction Force Operators: 3 x TCN needed. Requirements: First Aid qualified, Must have completed formal CP course, Driver training required, 3 Years working outside country of origin.
Guard Force Commander: 3 x Expats or TCN needed. Requirements: First Aid qualified, 3 Years working outside country of origin, Experience Managing up to 25 personnel.
CCTV Operators: 6 x Expats or TCN needed. Requirements: Trained in CCTV operations, Minimum 21 years old.
X-Ray Machine Operators: 3 x Expats or TCN needed. Requirements: Trained in X-Ray operations, Minimum 21 years old.
IMPORTANT:
· All position require previous Afghanistan experience
· All positions require 5-10 years previous military experience
· Experience in a conflict environment is a requirement of all positions as above except the CCTV and X-Ray Machine Operators.
· All positions are subject to a 10 year Criminal Check
· All positions require proficient English Speaking individuals except CCTV and X-Ray Machine Operators of which basic English is acceptable
· All positions require past military/security experience
· All positions except CCTV and X-Ray Machine Operators, require previous experience in Afghanistan
