Legal News: The Amendment Of Executive Order 12425 And Giving INTERPOL Immunity?

This speaks for itself, and it is a shocker to say the least.  This is also causing quite a stir in law enforcement circles and constitutional law circles, as to what this new order actually means. Good or bad, I do not think there was enough debate or discussion about if we should have done this or not. Interesting, and let me know what you guys think. –Matt

Executive Order — Amending Executive Order 12425

EXECUTIVE ORDER- – – – – – –

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 12425 DESIGNATING INTERPOL AS A PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION ENTITLED TO ENJOY CERTAIN PRIVILEGES, EXEMPTIONS, AND IMMUNITIES

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words “except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act” and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.

  1. The following quote is from John Holdren's ECOSCIENCE circa 1977.

If you don't know he is Obama's top advisor on science and technology or "science czar." He's the one who advocates forced abortion and involuntary birth control to control population growth. Part of his plan calls for a "Planetary Regime" to police population controls and economic activity.

Page 917: We will need to surrender national sovereignty to an armed international police force

“If this could be accomplished, security might be provided by an armed international organization, a global analogue of a police force. Many people have recognized this as a goal, but the way to reach it remains obscure in a world where factionalism seems, if anything, to be increasing. The first step necessarily involves partial surrender of sovereignty to an international organization.”

The last sentence says it all. Obama's amendment to EO 12425 is no accident. "Partial surrender of sovereignty to an international organization," is the first step to a New World Order.

  2. Read an excellent article, "Could Obama Use INTERPOL to Evade

Constitutional Law?" by Liz Blaine. It was posted 12/30/09 on

newsrealblog.com. This article approaches this E.O. from several

angles not previously covered, in my opinion.

  3. If what I have read is correct, then it is a method to allow a semi-international organization to operate with impunity and without the ability of Customs to search or question them upon entry into the USA. The very subject of Diplomatic Immunity has caused numerous misundertandings over the last 35 years or so.

In other words, Diplomatic Immunity is given to the authorized Diplomat and his household, and his staff, etc., "only if they are accompaning him upon his arrival in the USA!" Otherwise, anyone that is a part of his family or staff that attempts to enter the USA without the diplomat him/her self in attendance, is subject to the same scrutunity as any commmon individudal, the Diplomatic Passport is not a defense in this case!

At least that is the way I knew it when I was a SA with the U.S Customs Service!

Now, as regards INTERPOL! Americans may not know it, but there are plenty of American Agents working within INTERPOL! And, as far as I know, they are not kept in a "secret" world!

So, basically, as a retired Federal Agent, I would not really worry about any bad undertakings by this Agency, which I believe does not really have any arrest authority?

    Regards,

    Ron

  4. Thanks Ron, Cabby and John, for all of your input on the matter. I have yet to see any massive protest about the thing, but you never know. I am sure there are many folks watching this one closely, and if it is abused at all, they will jump all over it.
